Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PNGStage, including our website, Discord bot, avatar tools, overlays, Stage View, and OBS Control Dock (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Songpire LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms. You must have authority to act for any organization on whose behalf you use PNGStage.

Sign-in uses Discord. You are responsible for your account, permissions, and activity, and for keeping overlay links, Stage View links, dock credentials, and OBS passwords secure. Share links only with intended recipients and revoke or replace them if exposed.

2. Using PNGStage with other people

You must have permission to configure PNGStage for a Discord server or channel. Tell participants when their names, avatars, presence, or speaking activity will appear in an overlay, Stage View, broadcast, or recording, and obtain any permissions required by law. You are responsible for your broadcasts and recordings and for respecting participants’ privacy and rights.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the avatars, images, and other content you upload. You grant Songpire LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, resize, check for safety, and display that content as needed to provide the Service and the sharing features you use. Public showcase use requires your separate opt-in; you can turn that setting off.

Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission for any people, artwork, or trademarks depicted. Avatar image URLs are publicly accessible to anyone who obtains them. Do not upload confidential content. Removing content cannot remove copies already saved by viewers or included in someone else’s broadcast or recording.

4. Acceptable use

• Follow applicable laws, Discord’s terms and policies, and the rules of the services where you stream.
• Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, threats, hateful abuse, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not harass, impersonate, expose private information, or use PNGStage to monitor people without authorization.
• Do not bypass paid feature limits, access another person’s account or controls, exploit credentials, distribute malware, or disrupt the Service.

We may use automated image safety checks and may reject or remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was a mistake.

5. Free and paid plans

Features and limits depend on your plan. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Creator subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

You can cancel through Billing in your dashboard before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period, after which Free limits apply. Signing out, removing the Discord bot, or revoking Discord authorization does not cancel a subscription. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under applicable law remain in effect.

We may change plans and pricing. Changes to an existing subscription’s price will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

6. Third-party services and availability

PNGStage depends on services such as Discord, OBS, hosting providers, and Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. PNGStage is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, OBS, or veadotube. Features may change or become unavailable because of third-party changes, maintenance, or technical failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every setup, or a particular streaming outcome.

7. Ending use and account deletion

You can stop using PNGStage at any time, remove the bot from your server, and revoke authorization in Discord. To request account and stored-data deletion, email kilu8_illidan@hotmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details. Cancel any paid subscription through Billing as well, or ask us for help canceling it with your deletion request.

We may suspend or end access for material violations or to protect the Service, users, or others. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Terms that by their nature must continue, including payment obligations already incurred and liability provisions, survive the end of your use.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Songpire LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost streaming revenue arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when we do. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or another appropriate channel before they take effect. Questions, copyright complaints, billing requests, or disputes can be sent to Songpire LLC at kilu8_illidan@hotmail.com. Please identify the issue and any relevant account or content so we can investigate.
