PNGStage is a PNGtuber overlay for Discord collab streams. It turns a Discord voice channel into one shared OBS browser source, so every participant can appear on stream and animate when they talk.

How it works
- Participants: Sign in with Discord, then create a PNG avatar or import a .veado file. You'll appear on any stream you join.

What avatar files does PNGStage support?
PNGStage supports .veado avatar file imports and a browser-based PNG avatar creator. The PNG creator uses transparent idle, talk, blink-idle, and blink-talk images.
How does PNGStage work with OBS?
Streamers invite the Discord bot, choose a voice channel, and paste the generated overlay URL into OBS as a browser source. The overlay updates automatically as people speak.

What is PNGStage?
PNGStage is a Discord-powered PNGtuber overlay for collaborative streams. Participants manage their own avatars, and one OBS or Streamlabs browser source displays the group and reacts when they speak.
Are Fixed Slots required?
No. Automatic layout remains the default. Fixed Slots are optional for shows that need persistent assigned positions.
What happens if someone disconnects from a Fixed Slot?
Their assigned position stays empty instead of making everyone else move. When they reconnect, they return to the same position.
How many fixed positions are included?
Free supports up to six fixed positions. Creator supports up to 12.
Can I test a layout without the whole cast online?
Yes. Free Test Stage fills the layout with rehearsal avatars and cycles through their speaking states for up to ten minutes.
Can players see the stage without editing it?
Yes. Streamers can generate a private, read-only Stage View link showing the finished layout and speaking states without controls.
Can a guest GM use the featured position?
Yes. Any detected participant can be featured on the left or right, including a guest GM, rotating host, or interviewer.
Do guests need to keep PNGStage open?
No. After saving an avatar, guests can close PNGStage. They only need Discord running and must join the watched voice channel.
